Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes when possible. Some oversized or carrier-restricted items may require a physical address.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipment Delays

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Order Changes & Address Errors

We are not able to modify orders after they are placed.

Damaged or Defective Items
