Directions
Recommended dosing is 2-4 capsules on an empty stomach with a full glass of water, four days weekly or as clinically indicated.

Bismuth Subnitrate: 200 mg
Alpha Lipoic Acid: 300 mg
Black Cumin (seed) (Nigella sativa): 100 mg

Other ingredients: L-leucine, rice chelate, silicon dioxide, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, purified water).
